Every account includes multi-layer spam and virus filtering that runs automatically on all incoming email. We use a combination of real-time blocklists, content analysis, and virus scanning to keep your inbox clean. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are also configured automatically for every domain to protect your outbound email reputation and prevent spoofing.

Yes. If you're coming from another cPanel host, your email accounts, passwords, and message history are all migrated automatically as part of our free migration. If you're coming from a non-cPanel provider (GoDaddy, Rackspace, etc.), we'll recreate your email accounts and help you transfer your message history using an email client like Thunderbird. Your email addresses and passwords stay the same.

Yes. You can create aliases (multiple addresses that deliver to the same inbox) and forwarding rules (automatically send a copy of incoming mail to another address). Yes. All accounts on our Medium and Professional plans are backed up nightly, and multiple weekly snapshots are retained. If you ever need a restore, just open a support ticket and we'll handle it. Backups are available as an optional add-on for the Starter plan.

You can use your existing domain with any of our hosting plans. If it's registered elsewhere, you can either transfer it to CanSpace or simply point its nameservers to our servers. Either way, your email will be up and running on your domain quickly.
