Tell us a little bit about yourself and where you are located.
I am a criminal defence lawyer practicing law in Toronto, Ontario (https://toronto-criminallawyer.ca). I was born and raised in Toronto, and now established my career here as well. As part of my practice, I assist individuals who are charged with criminal offences with their defence in criminal court. I began practicing as a criminal defence lawyer in Toronto in 2011. Outside of work hours, I spend most of my time with my family and friends, enjoy travelling and I am also an avid hockey fan.
Tell us about your legal services and its mission.
My goal in my practice is to protect every right, and advance every defence possible, for each client who I represent. I am passionate about helping people solving which may be the most stressful situations in their lives.
Why and how did you pursue a career in law, specifically the profession of lawyer? What’s the best thing about it?
I became a lawyer, and more specifically a criminal defence lawyer, because of my mentality of wanting to help the “underdog”. The best and most rewarding thing about my line of work is to be a part in freeing an individual from potentially unjust punishments and other negative life-lasting consequences that may come about in criminal court.
What does it take to be great/successful at what you do?
To be successful in this area of law, a criminal lawyer such as myself needs to be compassionate, a good communicator, a critical thinker and motivated to leave no stone unturned in order to help clients with their cases.
